Iis Error 403.0

I was able to get it running through the iis7 locally on my laptop, but when I try to put it on the server I get a 403 access denied error How do you indicate that an item is not selectable? I can access the site from any other computer on the network. so I make a little search on that and I figured that I should configure Anonymous Authentication but I don't know how to do that.
