An Intel Tech Rep suggested RST 11.0, 11.2, & 12.5 to resolve my issues with RST 10.1 as the download center suggests. What type of repair is the RST verification feature performing? For RAID 5, it does the following: Parity is recalculated and compared to the stored parity for that stripe. In Windows I opened up the Intel RST and set  about rebuilding the array of the disk. Is it normal to have parity errors when you run the verification program daily?

Running two Samsung 1TB Evo's in RAID 0 on my Intel SCU controller with the 4.1.0.1046 driver - no issues at all and TRIM seems to be working just fine. Someone will hopefully fix that soonish. The x77 chipset is a consumer chipset, it should expect consumer drives. I am able to reliably corrupt the raid 1 mirror by running Burn In Test (Passmark) on 60-70 percent testing for a period of 3 days. I haven't investigated this further as this isn't a really important device, but I decided that bay3 must somehow be causing these crashes.
