My solution is replace iKernel.exe to the following path: C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Engine\6\Intel 32 then the installshield work again. The error message Install Shield Engine (ikernal.exe) could not be launched appears when the Install Shield file (ikernel.exe) has been removed from the computer since the last install of an older Error Messages: The Installshield Engine (ikernel.exe) Could Not Be Launched.
